How it works
RENA does it differently. Choose the cleaner that is perfect for you in minutes.
Enter your postcode
Tell us how many rooms you have, what area you live, we will give you an estimated clean time then show you available, vetted cleaners nearby with real ratings and reviews.
Choose someone you trust
Browse profiles, read verified reviews from real customers, and pick the person that feels right for your home. Once you book, your cleaner will respond as soon as possible. If they can't take the job, your preferred backup cleaner will be notified and respond shortly.
They arrive, you relax
You put your feet up, your cleaner arrives on time. If anything falls short, we offer full refunds and will help you rebook another cleaner to get the job done.
Trust and safety
Know who walks through your door
We only work with vetted, trusted cleaners who have passed a rigorous onboarding process. ID verified in person, referred by local customers, and fully insured on every visit.
ID verified & vetted
Every cleaner's government-issued ID is verified in person and they are personally vetted before they can take a single booking. You always know exactly who is coming to your home.
Rigorous onboarding
Interview, reference checks, and a direct referral from a local customer. Only a fraction of applicants make it through.
Fully insured
RENA carries its own insurance and every cleaner on the platform is required to hold their own public liability insurance. Every clean is covered.
